Since 1988, Sharon has been recognized as a Registered Personal Trainer through the BC Recreation and Parks Association and the IDEA World Fitness Association. She takes pride in continually furthering her education through national and international conferences.

Prior to joining the team at Fairwinds, Sharon operated her own training business for over 10 years in the Lower Mainland before relocating to the Oceanside area. During that time, she worked as a conditioning coach for elite soccer, hockey and softball teams and the Richmond Country Club, as well as training personal clients and small groups.
Adventures are Sharon’s passion. She enjoys leading groups on kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing, zip-lining, and bike touring trips, both locally and internationally. She participates in running events, adventure races, ice hockey, and fundraising activities. With an emphasis on creating fun, realistic, and manageable programs, Sharon strives to motivate you in your personal goals for fitness.
