To begin collecting Fairwinds Loyalty Dollars, please complete this form. Once your application is processed, a Rewards card will be mailed to the address provided. Your information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

After your application is processed, you be emailed a member number. This will allow you to create an online account to view your account balance, book tee times, and more! Visit www.fairwinds.ca/members.
