Fitness Assessment

$50 per person

Ideal for individuals looking to understand their current physical capabilities.
Includes: 1 hour assessment with a Certified personal trainer.

($50 fee will be deducted from a training package purchased within 1 week)

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice to cancel fitness assessments and personal training sessions is required, or the session will be forfeited. A doctor’s note may be requested.

Meet Our Trainer

Stephanie Barry-Benedik

Stephanie has held an active NASC personal training certification since 2015. An avid runner and Boston Marathon competitor, she has an extensive fitness background. Her Sport and Leisure Diploma from Holland College, as well as her internship experience there, gave her an outstanding foundation for providing personal training to a diverse clientele. She has also led and developed various group classes, including aqua fitness and strength training. Stephanie is especially interested in incorporating TRX, BOSU, and kettlebell training into her programming.

Stephanie is also a keen kayaker with a Level One kayaking certification. She cares deeply about her clients’ success and enjoys helping them reach their goals in a healthy way. She believes in creating goal-oriented programs that are enjoyable, challenging, and manageable for her clients’ busy schedules.
